I'm very happy with the quality of this hard tulle, the texture is what I wanted, and the colours I chose are all great.
The colour i receive was wrong… i ordered royal blue but got baby blue… it was just late to return it and had to use it
Not as hard as expected. 30m roll was rolled off from the roll & packed in carrier bag. Would be nice if it was kept on a roll.
