Shortfall

I was very happy with the service delivery and the quick delivery time of my order. My only issue is that when I finished cutting up my material in 2.5m lengths, my final piece was only left with 1.8m. The difference is too great for me to use it for what I needed. A small shortfall I could have worked with but not more that half a meter. Very disappointed.
