Disappointed customer

I made laybye of a roll of curtain and on collection day they gave me a wrong one and insisted that it was the one I bought. I could see that the colour is awkward, but they motivated to say it's the only curtain they have in the shop. I have donated some to my relatives bcos it doesn't match with anything in the house. I'm really really disappointed 😞. My money went to waste.
