Kingstar - Industrial Cutting Machine 10 Inch

I had a very disappointing experience with Ahmeds. I ordered a King Star Cutting Machine, but what I received was an Expert Cutting Machine—a completely different product. To make matters worse, it was evident from the box and packaging that this was an old, previously handled machine, not a new item as I expected.

When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they refused to process it unless I returned the incorrect item at my own cost. This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating and does not reflect good customer service. I would not recommend Ahmeds to anyone looking for a reliable purchase experience, as they failed to deliver the correct product and then made the return process difficult and inconvenient.
