Not happy with my purchase

The carpet arrived and it looked great until I opened it. Paid extra to have the borders finished off perfectly only to find a fabric flaw running straight down the middle of the carpet, which was very noticeable. Surely the person cutting and finishing off the product would have noticed this.?
