Brother ScanNCut - Pen Holders

Pathetic service! I did not receive my UNIVERSAL PENHOLDER. My order got mixed up. They send info re a blanket that was delivered which I did not even received. There service is USELESS. They simply ignore any attempt to try and solve this. Stay clear from this supplier.

I did not receive this UNIVERSAL PENHOLDER. I was notified that my order was DELIVERED, but the order number is not mine and it was a BLANKET. I was instructed to RETURN it, but I did not receive it. The guy from RAM can also testify that a flat parcel which could only be the Tack Mat was delivered. Any attempt to try and solve this matter is useless. Countless Whatsup messages, e-mails and telephone calls are simply ignored. This is extremely FRUSTRATING to deal with!
