I would like to express my sheer disappointment and dissatisfaction with the way may order has been handled.
My order was acknowledged on the 14th of July and as per your terms I’d receive it withing 24/72 hours which was not the case.
After numerous follow ups and still no delivery , the driver eventually delivered on the 22 July at 17h12 after having advised that we close at 16h30.
Upon inspection , the chairs are dirty and scuffed * with pictures*. I subsequently shared it with the account manager and received absolutely NO response. Once I eventually received a response, the sales rep suggested that I CLEAN the furniture myself.
This is highly unprofessional & unacceptable.
