Kingstar Parts - Walking Foot Binding Attachment Set

I ordered a binding foot attachment that was supposed to fit my specific machine model, but unfortunately, the wrong size was sent. The product that was sent does not even work with my machine, even though it was advertised as compatible. I emailed Rozanna regarding the issue but received no response, which was very disappointing. Poor service and incorrect product – not a good experience.
