I trusted experts to advise me a first time industrial sewing machine purchaser for recommendation on the best suited machine for my needs. They were quick to suggest a machine and it was delivered but now after sale is crap. requested and paid for a part, received the wrong part waiting for the correct part only to be told it is better to take a refund as they struggle with the supplier. (Two months since I paid) Why suggest a machine to a newby, if you cannot supply parts after sales. I will need to close my eyes take a knock and sell this machine as after sales or parts cannot be guarenteed. If I buy another machine it will most definitely not be from Ahmed's
