the machine is ok,
I was a little disappointed with the delivery as it was a present for my wife birthday and it arrived the day after
even though they confirmed payment 3 days prior.
The lady in charge was lost as to who ordered what and keep on asking for payment that she confirmed
telephonically two days prior.
Except for that chaos and missing my wife birthday . I guess all is good.
Ill make it up to her next year '.

Service and price excellent

Searched for a machine online before ordering and the Singer 4423 came out tops. Ordered via Ahmeds who had great prices. Communication follow up from them was excellent and the machine arrived within a few days even though there were big lockdown challenges being faced by all. Machine was well packaged and my wife has been absolutely delighted with her first few uses of the machine.
