Please note in order for the iron to function correctly the steam water bottle must be placed higher than the iron itself to allow the water to run down the pipe and into the iron. You may get a build up of lime and other minerals in the pipe, please have a look at Youtube videos online to see how to clean this buildup, this will save you time and money.

This machine needs to be serviced on a regular basis depending on how often it is used.
Typically it would be advised that it is served every 2 -3 months
