The vessel is undeniably of great quality until you get to the tap. Even after tightening the tap properly, it is still leaky. Drops, at least, not fountains. Could perhaps improve on that part. All that aside, service was great!

I am very happy with the service I received. They assisted me chose the right machine for overlock. They were upfront with me that it will come unassembled and they even gave me a good discount. Keep up the good work.

I am not happy that the machine was not assembled. I had to get a machinist to put together over 700 parts that came in boxes at an extra cost :(
This delayed my productivity
In future, please give options for assembly of machines. Not all of us are specialists
