The machine was delivered the same day I bought it online. Never received that type of service before. A little complex to assemble the machine though since there are no adequate manuals. Big ups to the team.

I received bad service from purchase to after sales customer care. My enquiry was not satisfactorily attended to. I was shoved from pillar to post by people who were meant to assist me. I am still waiting for Ehsaan who was to consult the fabric supplier on the 15th of January and get back to me. I have spoken to 4 people who have rendered me no assistance.. What is shown on the website is different from what I got. The site does not display the fabric out of stock when it is not available.
