Great machine, came very well packaged. I love how sturdy and beautiful it is. Great service too, delivery was very smooth, place the order on the 3rd of March and it was delivered on the 5th.
The machine was delivered the same day I bought it online. Never received that type of service before. A little complex to assemble the machine though since there are no adequate manuals. Big ups to the team.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Ahmed's, delivery was fast. I just had challenges with machine installation. I wish you could have sent us a link with video because its very complicated. I also has challenges in terms of threading. overall experience was excellent. I am so excited I can not wait to start sewing.
