Kozy Dining Chair

I bought the chair online and took it to the shop for assembling as the parts were not in allignment, it took them very long at the shop to align it(an hour plus). 6 months down the line my client literally fell from the chair it broke while she was sitting. The chair is poor quality and Definately not durable. I’m trying to contact the shop on way forward

I ordered the one with gold online only to be told that it was out of stock so I settled for the silver. When the chair came, we could not assemble it as some screw holes were not in alignment so I’m taking it back to the shop
