I ordered a beautiful cantilever umbrella from Ahmed's Textiles for an unbeatable price. It's clear that they put a lot of effort into good customer service as well, but somewhere their system needs works. I opted to collect my order, but was never notified when it was ready for collection. After several days of waiting, I had to e-mail them, and then phone them only to find out that my order had been ready for collection but that no one notified me. So they lose a star for that.
