I was quite disappointed when our maintenance guy opened up the big blind I received.
It was dented on either sides at the top solid part...I only saw this when it was opened the night before Eid when our worker hung it up as we firstly painted the halls.
Really wasn't happy as now he had to take a plyer and straighten for it look a bit better...its still a bit dented...
I would suggest that when the courier company drops off any package for them to open it infront of the customer and fully inspect it to avoid disappointment .
