Gas Griller - Flat Top & Griddle - HGG-722

I recently bought this item from Ahmeds and i have to say, its amazing. The gas connection was simple as i just swapped out a previous gas stove and it worked like a charm. It gets searing hot, way more than a pan on the stove top, but remember you can put normal pots and pans on the griddle as well just bear in mind the temperature it might be much hotter than you are used to. Lastly season the griddle, look up a couple of youtube vids to show you how to season a flattop grill to get the non stick coating you want, its easy just takes a bit of time but you will have an amazing cooking surface. Note: This thing gets hot, if you have kids watch over them as even the sides will hot after some use, just take note.
