The machine was delivered the same day I bought it online. Never received that type of service before. A little complex to assemble the machine though since there are no adequate manuals. Big ups to the team.

I ordered the clear acrylic folding chairs for collection which was meant to be ready in 2-4 days. The site confirmed that they were available and in stock. 6 days pass and I heard zero communication from Ahmed's Textiles. I had to make constant follow ups as I would always be told that they would call me back (that never happened). Finally got informed that the chairs I ordered are not in stock at all which I wouldn't have been opposed to had they communicated accordingly. Issue got resolved with me accepting the chairs in a different colour though the chairs were fewer than the ordered and had to supplement with a used showroom chair.
