Great machine, came very well packaged. I love how sturdy and beautiful it is. Great service too, delivery was very smooth, place the order on the 3rd of March and it was delivered on the 5th.
The machine was delivered the same day I bought it online. Never received that type of service before. A little complex to assemble the machine though since there are no adequate manuals. Big ups to the team.

Somewhat disappointed
Purchasing the machine online from Malawi, we incidentally had someone to pick them for us from Pretoria. To our surprise, the machine was not packed with the foot pedal and the power cord. We tried to follow up with the representative on whatsapp and email but just told us they are waiting for feedback from supplier. Its now been three weeks without communication. We would be delighted if it was communicated if they dont include them but they did'nt say anything of that sort. On a positive note, we liked their service during the purchase and pick up. The machine also came in good shape but we just thought they would improve on the later. If someone does not have an alternative as to where to find the other parts like the foot pedal, it may be difficult to use the machine and a devastating purchasing experience.
