Beverage Dispenser - Glass with Tap

The glas broke immediately with just filling the dispenser with water!
I won’t buy it again.
Customer care has a lot of questions. So far I have not received my money back yet.

Both the dispensers are leaking. Customer service is also very poor. I asked for a refund and how to solve this problem and I am not getting a proper response. I would not buy again from this website and also not this product. I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved.
