I ordered this machine in the wooden case but received the one in the PVC case. A bit disappointing that the shop messed up something so simple. However, I have some projects to do and I'm not going to try to swop it and lose more time - hopefully the shop will refund me the price difference between the wooden case and PVC case machine. That said, I have unboxed it, checked it, set the tension, oiled it, and started using it. It does sew beautifully. The hand crank feels loose and bit flimsy, and I have wrapped some duct tape at one spot to make it a bit firmer for when it is cranked. The rest of the machine is acceptable. Delivery was fast.
