Have been buying from Ahmed Textiles but this time my order took more than a month. had to make frequent calls and WhatsApp chats only to be told that my order is ready for me to collect, yet i paid for delivery. after another week, was told table is out of stock, yet it was in stock when i bought. finally received my order yesterday, but one table is damaged. followed up and am informed case is with management. really disappointed with their level of service this time.

I am extremely happy with the service and the product, except that it was damaged in transit and now there is a dent /hole in the box and table.
Still awaiting replacement.
