In about August '20 I purchased some items from Ahmed's online. I was happily surprised at the excellent service, no-fuss, no-issues online & delivery process from start to end, including customer service, keeping me updated constantly via SMS & the products themselves. Two weeks ago, I purchased again online, on a Sunday afternoon, and realised a little while later I had made a mistake. I emailed Ahmed's. First thing Monday morning, I receive a call, and email confirmation that my mistake would be resolved by Ahmed's, at no add. cost, and a day later, delivery was received. Seriously, they could teach JSE-listed companies & many other small & large businesses quite a few lessons. Can Ahmed's please offer their services to many govt. departments, who could learn from them?! Thank you, Ahmed's. Stay well, successful and keep up your great work!
