I was very pleased with my order from Ahmeds Textiles, 1st of all their online shop is easy to navigate within, by selecting items I want until payment processing. But I was most impressed with them when they were packing my order they realised that 2 x 3 Cats Fabric prints were out of stock they sent me a whattsapp message to inform me that the prints I had ordered were out of stock then they sent me pictures of the 3 cats Fabric prints they have in stock for me to choose from if it suited me. That type of service of going extra mile and giving me the choice of what is in stock before packing up my order guaranteed them a repeat customer from me.
In most cases when you order items online no one informs you right away that what you ordered is out of stock or there is a problem, what most online shops resort to is to quickly offer you credit in their store, or refund you back your money which takes time, then you peruse online again and shop again for the alternative fabric choice which incurs another delivery fee.
