I like servo motors because I always adjust my desired speed and that makes sewing easy. I have 2 BMX servo motors from AHMED on my 2 sewing machines, and they works perfect. The error during installation comes when you did not connect the pedal control switch cable to the machine but once you connect it, your are good to go. The same error also apears if you needle position light is iluminated when not supposed to due to configuration but once they are not iluminated the machine will work normal.
