Your dispatched people almost made me to loose the trust no email sent to indicate my that my order is ready I had to call after a week then was told its ready only after that call the email was sent. I sent courrier guy immediately when they arrived its not ready i sent them 2nd and 3rd time with no help i had to call again looking for my refund then the other guy called asking me what happened i told him then he facilitated everything i only received my order on friday last week although i placed on the 6th September

I ordered and paid for high density foam, but received low density.
