The vessel is undeniably of great quality until you get to the tap. Even after tightening the tap properly, it is still leaky. Drops, at least, not fountains. Could perhaps improve on that part. All that aside, service was great!
Very happy with my purchase. One suggestion I'll recommend: make sure there is an example of every colour fabric on the online shop (would have been helpful for the pongee lining)
