The iron works well. Great results. But I am a bit disappointed that it didn't come with the Teflon shoe that I saw in unboxing videos of the same model prior to purchase. I expected it.
I am happy with this order, the Chafing dish is so big, i can't wait to use it in my event.

Machine works well. Still need to play around and get used to it. Ahmed’s gave me the newer model which was a great deal.
