Year End 2023 Final Order Guide

To All Our Clients

We would like to say thank you for all your support, your feedback and your loyalty through this year.

Once again we find ourselves at year end, and we would like to update our year end final order timeline guide.

We will be closed for business in store from the 24th of December up until the 1st of January 2024. So, God Willing, we will be back in action on Tuesday the 2nd of Jan 2024.

Any orders placed Online during this time will be Processed after the 5th of January 2024 - we will not be available to take your calls, please send us an email and we will follow up all requests when the store opens in Jan.

If there was an error with your order during the Silly Season, Please accept our apologies, we will make things right when we back at work.

Last Orders for the year 2023 will be processed as follows:

12th December  - Final Orders for All Provinces except Gauteng
14th December - Final Orders for Gauteng
20th December - Local Pretoria Deliveries ONLY

All Orders Placed After the 20th - We will try our best to have them out before Friday 22nd, however we cannot guarantee that you will receive them before year end, due to the public holidays and due to potential backlogs at the couriers

Final Order for Curtain Rails, Tracks & Blinds is the 15th December 2023

Any Orders for Rails, Tracks & Blinds placed after the 15th of December will only be processed after the 15th of January 2024

Any Orders placed for table cloths or items that need to be stitched may require additional processing time therefore we cannot promise to stick the above turnaround times. Please place your orders in advance to avoid delays.
