Year End 2024 Final Order Guide

We would like to say A HUGE THANK YOU for all your support, your feedback and your loyalty throughout this year.

Once again we find ourselves at year end, and we would like to update you on our year end final order timeline guide.

We will be closed for business in store from the 24th of December up until the 6th of January 2025.

Any orders placed Online during this time will be Processed after the 8th of January 2025 - we will not be available to take your calls, please send us an email and we will follow up all requests when the store opens in Jan.

If there was an error with your order during the Silly Season, Please accept our apologies, we will do our best to set things right when we back at work.

Last Orders for the year 2024 will be processed as follows:

19th December - Final Orders for All Provinces except Gauteng
20th December - Final Orders for Gauteng
23rd December - Final Day for Store Collections ONLY

All Orders Placed Between the 20th & 22nd - We will try our best to have them out by Monday 23rd, however we cannot guarantee it, or that you will receive them before year end, due to the public holidays and due to potential backlogs at the couriers.

Final Orders for Motorised Curtain Rails, Chronos Tracks, Pelmets & Custom Blinds is the 13th December 2024. Orders placed for these items after the 13th of December will only be processed after the 15th January 2025

Hand Wave Curtain tracks & Pulley system Wave Tracks in standard sizes will still be available for Collection up until the 23rd December 2024

Any Orders placed for table cloths or items that need to be stitched may require additional processing time therefore we cannot promise to stick the above turnaround times. Please place your orders in advance to avoid delays.
