Our stores are open as well , however, we are limiting the amount of clienst that are allowed into the store.

 

If you are coming to collect an order that you have placed, please call us before you come through so we can prepare your order and keep it ready.

 

To save yourself time and to avpid waiting to pay for your order in store, please make use of EFT to pay for your orders before hand.

Dear Client

We have been inundated with a high number of requests from clients who are looking for sewing machines & fabric to manufacture masks & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for NGO's or Goverment Clinics etc..

We have subsequently obtained the necessary documentation from The CIPC to be listed as a provider for Machinery and Fabrics for Production of such Essential Goods Only.

We Reserve the right to

1. Request from any client intending to make a purchase from us to present a copy of their CIPC registration Documents for our records & to prove that you are buying the machines and fabric for the intended purpose

2. Since our doors are closed for trading, any order placed will only be shipped out via courier the next Business day Between 12PM - 2PM. We are utilising only economy shipping and will not be able to send items using overnight or express.

3. Collections only by appointment. We will not be able to see you unless you call first and verify what you need.

4. Payment must reflect in our accounts prior to dispatch, Proof of payments alone will not suffice.

5. Cancel any transaction that is fully paid for, and eligible for a full refund, if we feel at risk or that the intended sale is not compliant with the current regulations in place.

6. All clients will have to submit their trade allowance certification in order for any transaction to be complete.
