Ahmed's Textiles processed my Steam Iron order immediately on payment and had the product dispatched within 24 hours.
I live in a remote part of the country and received the package 3 working days after ordering.

The Steam Iron is definitely of industrial build quality and a very sturdy product.
Unpacking and assembly of all the bits and pieces was relatively straight forward.
However I do feel an insert should be provided on how to use an industrial iron for the first time.
Perhaps even just a YouTube link to one of the many videos I found online demonstrating it's use.
It is slightly different to using a domestic iron and for first time users I would recommend they get a quick tutorial on how to operate the steam iron to prevent damaging it.
But overall a great product and a pleasure to do business with Ahmed's Textiles
